Traditional Heavy Timber Privacy Railings: To secure the hot tub zone, we installed matching wood privacy railings accented with sleek black metal balusters for a crisp, modern finish.

Precision Multi-Tier Zoning: We engineered three distinct levels to naturally break up the large footprint into cozy, functional “rooms” without the need for walls.

Picture-Frame Board Detailing: To elevate the visual appeal, we utilized a dark-stained accent border around the perimeter of each level. This “picture-frame” technique adds structural definition and highlights the geometric angles of the deck.

Custom Wide-Tread Wrap-Around Stairs: Cascading down to the manicured lawn, the massive wrap-around staircases feature deep, comfortable treads that double as extra seating for large social gatherings.

Integrated Planter Boxes & Columns: We designed and built custom wooden privacy columns and integrated planter boxes directly into the layout, allowing the homeowners to effortlessly weave vibrant landscaping into the architecture.
