Premium Flagstone Hardscaping: The main foundation features hand-laid, multi-tonal premium flagstone paving. To define the main lounging area, we engineered an elegant raised stone tier complete with wide, integrated bluestone steps and low-voltage path lighting for seamless evening transitions.

Custom Heavy-Timber Pavilion: The centerpiece of the dining zone is a bespoke, rough-sawn dark timber pavilion. Built with a robust vaulted gabled roof and intricate truss details, it provides permanent shelter for the outdoor kitchen while mirroring the architectural peaks of the main estate.
